Every item that leaves our studio is produced with care and high quality standards. Nevertheless, in rare cases, printing errors or technical issues can occur. If something went wrong with your design – such as a faulty print, incorrect placement, or a technical defect – we take responsibility and offer you a free correction or reprint.
Important: Since each product is custom-made and produced to order, we cannot make complete design changes if the print was technically executed correctly.
