Ideal if you need many caps with the same design. The design is pre-printed and then heat-pressed onto the cap. Good for fine lines.
The classic technique if you want to have a cap embroidered. The design is stitched directly into the fabric – elegant, durable, and weather-resistant.
Mainly used for white polyester caps. The design is vaporized into the fabric – no fading, no peeling.
DTG is excellent for fine details and multi-colored designs – however, only on certain cap materials with a smooth surface. Perfect for small runs with complex designs.
This technique uses heat and pressure to apply your design to the cap via a transfer film. It is versatile, color-intensive, and ideal for quick productions.
