How does the ordering process work?
You select your product, customize it (color, size, print position), upload your design, and receive a personalized quote. Once you approve the final mockup, we handle production and delivery!
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across Germany takes up to 14 business days, but we often ship faster. If you need your order urgently, we offer Express Delivery within 3 business days.
What printing techniques do you offer?
We offer screen printing, DTG, embroidery, transfer, sublimation, and custom clothing label tags-tailoredto the type of product and your specific design.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! We handle both small and large orders, whether you need a single custom item or a full bulk order.
Can I see a preview of my product before printing?
Absolutely. We’ll send you a detailed mockup of your custom product for approval before production begins.
Do you use eco-friendly materials?
Yes! We print using OEKO-TEX® certified inks and pack your products in plastic-free, sustainable packaging.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of €10 for delivery anywhere in Germany, regardless of order size.
Can I request a custom quote for a special project?
Yes! If you have a unique project or need something outside our standard options, just fill out our custom enquiry form and we’ll get back to you with a tailored solution.
What affects the final price of my order?
Pricing depends on the garment type, the number of colors in your design, print positions, and order quantity. You’ll receive a transparent quote after customizing your product.
Do you ship outside of Germany?
Currently, we only ship within Germany. However, feel free to reach out if you have a special request and we’ll see how we can help!
What file format should I upload for my design?
For best results, we recommend high-resolution files in PDF, AI or PNG formats. If you’re unsure, our team can help check your file.
Can I order samples before placing a larger order?
Yes! We’re happy to produce sample pieces so you can review the quality and print before committing to a bigger order.
Can I print on workwear or corporate apparel?
Definitely. We offer a wide range of workwear and corporate garments, perfect for uniforms, teamwear, and branded clothing.
Do you offer white-label services?

First, you choose your product from our carefully selected range of high-quality garments like T-shirts, hoodies, bags and more. Once you’ve selected your base, you can fully customize it – choose the color of the garment, the sizes you need, the preferred print position, and upload your design. After configuring all the details, you’ll receive an instant quote based on your selections. Please note that prices may vary depending on the number of colors in your design and the base color of your garment. Once you’ve submitted your request, we’ll create a professional mockup of your final product, so you can approve the artwork before production.
After your final approval, we’ll begin production, using the most suitable printing technique for your project – be it screen printing, DTG, embroidery, transfer printing, or sublimation. Each order is handled with care and precision to ensure the best possible result.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the printing technique and order size. While we generally aim for fast processing times, the process for larger orders or more complex print jobs can take up to 14 business days.
